We report cultivation of high yields of
Corynebacterium
pseudotuberculosis antigen
for caseous lymphadenitis in sheep and goats by bioreactor
fermentation. Highest levels were obtained at pH 8.0, 31°C and dilution of
0.02h-1 in Burrell’s liquid medium.
