mouth virus serotype O on epithelium by ELISA, isolation and PCR, Onl J Vet Res, 29 (12): 740-757, 2025. Foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMD) serotype ‘O’ in clinical
samples isolated from tongue, hoof epithelium (HS) and oral swabs were detected
by sandwich ELISA, virus isolation in cell culture and multiplex PCR. Results showed
that multiplex PCR detected viruses 65.5%, sandwich ELISA 53.6% and isolation 42.9%.
