REPORT  : This is another  method to store and use particular data in this case organic dyes and the method should be useful to persons involved in the industry.  The paper is well written and structured and follows logically. The suggested XML document appears well formed  with relevant meaningful tags. The suggested format will integrate well with the internet. Accept with minor grammatical changes Re authors to fix.
