Clarified rumen fluid as a source of cellulase extraction by

Cibacron Blue coated magnetic nanoparticles

ABSTRACT

 

Ghotb SA, Chamani M, Ahmadpanahi H, Sadeghi AA., Clarified rumen fluid as a source of cellulase extraction by Cibacron Blue coated magnetic nanoparticles, Onl J vet Res., 19(5): 306-316, 2015. Cellulase adsorption desorption from clarified rumen fluid with Cibacron Blue F3GA coated Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were modified by chemical co-precipitation. Size and morphology of particles were determined by transmission electron microscopy. The diameter of the spherical magnetic nanoparticles was 20-30nm. Modifications were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared and thermal gravimetric analysis. Optimized adsorption parameters for pH and temperature yielded cellulase adsorption of 53% at pH 6 and 45C. Desorption was performed with 0.1, 0.5 and 1M NaCl shaking for 15 or 90 min. The highest desorption (44%) was obtained with 1M NaCl with 90 min shaking.
