ABSTRACT

Madipelli K, Rao PN., Homology modeling and molecular dynamic ABC transporter1 anti-bacterial in Antheraea mylitta Onl J Bioinform., 17(3):159-167, 2016... . Homology modeling has significant potential for high throughput In silico screening. We describe a method for discovery of 3D structures of anti-bacterial expressed proteins. A 3D model of ABC Transporter1 from Antheraea mylitta was generated using 1OXS as template and Modeller7v7 and optimized by Verify 3D and Procheck.  Flexible docking was performed with Sortase A using GOLD3.0.1 software. Rsults suggested that ARG 157, THR115, LEU242 in Sortase A are amino acids involved in docking studies as these were having bonding with the Sortase A.

Key words: Antheraea mylitta, Homology Modeling, ABC Transporter1, Docking.
