ABSTRACT

Sriranjini AS., Reverse vaccinology for tuberculosis, Onl J Vet Res., 27 (6): 357-366, 2023. Author describes In silico reverse vaccine for Mycobacterium tuberculosis by selection of antigen with less identity and E-value from 8000 proteins. Results suggested HRRAPL antigenic determinant was suitable by docking analysis and Clustal W Dendrogram of Mycobacterium  H37RV was closely related with M. Bovis and permease of M tuber with Borrelia garini. HRRAPL sequence had only 22% similarity and its epitope bound with MHC I with docking energy of 55.9.

Keywords: Tuberculosis, Mycobacterium, Vaccinology, Epitope, Immune, Oesophagus.
